Comfortable to lay on in the hot nights

I'm cold tolerant (can go around outside in a t shirt in winter as long as it doesn't snow-which puts an extra cold bite in the air- and not feel uncomfortably cold) but suffer in heat and over heat easily (can suffer heat triggered migraines too), this cooling mat works and has been so helpful in keeping me comfortable during the sweltering nights this past week. Its comfortable to lie on too. Recommended.

It turned up and stunk of damp! I opened it up and both sides had mould growing on it

Nice and cooling

It was nice and cool at first but after a while wakened very sweaty and was sticking to the mat. I have a skin problem and this made it worse.

It get cold while you lay on it. After a while it comes to body temp so you not get cold over time while sleep. I recommend it

The cooling mat lasted about a month not very good it was a good size it was OK to sleep on it didn't last so not value for money

I bought this because of night sweats. It took a while to get used to then it was alright. It came with a small pillow cooling mat as well. I love it, as it has greatly helped me in the last week. I would highly recommend this product to any woman who is going thru peri-menopause or menopause.
