Good product, accurate rating and build quality is good tood. Worth the money.

The product is good and has a good memory store of 32 readings. One can measure surface temp or body in °F or °C. The reading is instant and displays a light based warning if the body temp. shows a fever. One needs to read the instruction pamphlet or tinker around to understand how to change the settings. After a bad review, the company reached out to me and offered a new product free of charge. Hence the one star less from 5 Orginal Review (shortened) - "It doesn't work. This is a cheap faulty device - most likely white labelled from a common manufacturer but this company has no quality control. The device drains a full battery immediately upon switching on, the + and - terminal are wrongly marked, changing a setting from Celsius to Fahrenheit is by trial and error and so is turning off the annoying beeping sound and the surface/body setting."

the quality is good, the screen is clearly visible with different colors changing depending on temperature reading, which is very convenient for reader, alarms beeps sound is good too, easy to hold and use, good buy. My only concern is that, i have Health Sense product too, but the readings are slightly different by 1°F

This seems to be a useless product. .I got it delivered a couple of hours ago...it doesn't work....after inserting the battery..there is no response..no action ...the manual says to set it.by pressing it for a few seconds...but it is as good as dead ...am not able to press tge trigger..seems jammed

decent stuff .. light weight and works well .. measures surface and body temp. can change from celsius to farneheit but I am yet to figure out how to do that ;)

Very good and innovative equipment for home and clinic use

The product was necessitated to keep an tab on the kids temperature during fever , as it is difficult to use the conventional ones to measure temperature as the kids are cranky and restless while checking the fever, the product is useful as it non contact one , and we can go about checking. The product built is good, the accuracy levels are high , cross checked with the conventional thermometer to check the accuracy , the product is both reliable and value for money.

Works perfect and solves the purpose. Using the regular digital thermometer in a crying baby is very difficult. With this contact less thermometer, it is very easy. Readability of the values are clear. Accuracy, I could not compare. Comfort and size wise, if it is sleeker, it would be nice to hold. However it is not a concern for personal use. It responds quick as expected. The settings f1-5 are not clear as the user manual is not detailed. Also, switching between C to F took time to discover.
