It's early to say if it's working or not but it looks good. Easy to swallow. The only thing is that the instructions didn't come in English so it's difficult to understand what it's say

German packaging
You are getting 90 capsules here. The recommended serving size is two capsules daily so this should last you 45 days. The capsules are vegetarian although north where on the product Page can I see a mention of this being a vegetarian product although I can’t see anything in the ingredients that should be problematic. There is vitamin D3 included which is likely to vegetarian but probably not vegan. The capsules are of typical size and easy enough to swallow. One of the big issues with this product is that all the packaging is in German, there is no English whatsoever. So you are completely relying on the product Page unless you can speak German. You get a reasonable expiry date of one year from the time of ordering.

Ob zwei Kapseln am Tag bei Menopause und Milchunverträglichkeit das Osteoporoserisiko senken, kann ich vielleicht in ein paar Jahren berichten. Das Produkt wirkt aber wertig, die Zusammensetzung ist sinnvoll und verträglich.

Gutes Produkt
Ich hab die Kapseln für meine Mama gekauft, die Probleme mit ihren Knochen hat. Die Wirkstoffe sind optimal darauf ausgerichtet, die Knochenstuktur zu stärken oder zu erhalten. Wir hoffen sehr, dass sie ihr helfen.

Sinnvoll im Alter
Die Vitamine reichen für 45 Tage, wenn man 2 Kapseln am Tag nimmt. Drinnen sind wichtige Vitamine für gesunde Knochenstruktur. Ich habe es meiner Oma gegeben, da man im Alter die Gesundheit schon fördern soll. Sie verträgt sie gut, nur die Kapseln sind ein bisschen groß.Ansonsten sind es sinnvolles Produkt zu dem gerechtfertigten Preis.
