I was looking for a balanced calcium supplement that had not only a plant based calcium but the other nutrients needed to make the calcium easier to absorb. This one has every thing recommended for that such as K2, D3, and magnesium, maganese and boron all in one easy to swallow soft capsule.

If you're looking for an algae calcium, this is it. There are much more expensive versions/ brands, but this product is just as good. No smell, no taste, no stomach upset .

I don't know if these were better than regular calcium supplements. I finished the bottle and went back to my former brand. also I didn't like impacting the ocean algae when there are alternative.

I am very particular about supplements, as many are not healthy, Something I learned from a well known Nutritionist ( May he rest in peace -Dr. Robert Marshall- He was at the forefront of nutritional supplements. ) his product is still pure and natural. THIS brand too is the best of the best in its ingredients list. Marine calcium is most important and the mag type as well as the addition of BORON... This company may be one of the only ones to add Boron, boron does help with the absorption of magnesium calcium, and more. I found this company to be truthful and honest. So glad to have found them. As I have known about Marine based calcium for yrs. Once I do my Health test, I will come back and update this. I have been taking this for about 2 months

A bunch came with empty pills because for some reason the capsules were cracked. Frustrating because I have to buy more sooner and I don’t want to buy this brand because I don’t want a bunch of empty capsules.

I’m not a fan of taking rocks for calcium and so I have been very careful about what I take. I had never heard of red algae for calcium supplementation before, but there are not that many good sources of absorbable calcium out there. It may say it’s calcium on the label, but what does a human body say when it consumes it?I do muscle testing and can tell you that this product tests amazingly well. I will not be without it from here on out. I will continue to test other products, but this one is a keeper.Update: The more I have learned about the science of red algae for calcium supplementation, the more impressed I am. However, there is such a price difference in brands? Do the higher-priced products test better than the sapling brand? Because I will take whichever one muscle tests the best, price notwithstanding.My results? The sapling brand, fairly-priced, tests the best! Shocked as I am, those are my testing results. Woohoo!That is not to say that the others are not good products. They ALL test amazingly strong. Any one of them would be stellar products to take; but the sapling brand is at the top of the list for my body.
