Expectations were met.
Received on time. Enjoy the picture. One complaint I have is that the canvas is not stretched tight onto the frame. Has a small wrinkle.

Lack of respect for the customer
Great photo, but after spending $150.00 on it, and $45.00 shipping & handling I am disappointed and disgusted that they could not take the time to attach hooks, a wire, or anything to hang it with, or even include in the package for me to attach myself. Customer Service is a big thing for me, and when a company can't spend five minutes to add these small features it shows me that my purchase of their product simply wasn't important to them. I am returning the product simply because I am disappointed in how they failed to perform such a simple task.
