I love the construction of this hose splitter.First of all it goes on very very easily to the spout. The ring allows you to twist it and it has nubs on it so it’s easy to grip and tighten, which is handy if you don’t have the best hand strength.The levers to each individual spout are large enough and easy to move so that again it’s ergonomically friendly.I love that it comes with Teflon tape to thread on to avoid water leakage. It also comes with gaskets for your hose, which you need! Overall, excellent product. This is the 3rd one I’ve bought!

I thought these would be sturdier than what I had before. Installation was a breeze and the bigger shutoff handles were much easier to work with. Unfortunately, after about 6 months, one of the handles would turn, but the water still didn't come out. I ended up tossing the splitter and went with something else. I still have the other one. Price was reasonable, unfortunately, it didn't last long. Won't likely buy again.UPDATE: I am adding a star to the review due to the outstanding customer service the seller provided! I received a message from the seller offering a refund for the defective unit AND a free replacement on top of it. This was totally unexpected but very much appreciated!

While my first purchase didn't last long, the company's customer service was excellent. They reached out to me, provided a refund, and sent me a free replacement, which I hope will be more durable. In summary, the product itself isn't great, but the customer service is outstanding.I purchased this product on February 22, and by May 1, it had already failed. The item broke suddenly without any impact or mishandling on my part. It started leaking unexpectedly, making it unusable after just two months of normal use.

Usually when I buy something like this faucet splitter, I get a chunk of metal that looks like it was made by someone just learning how to pour brass. This one is well formed with the appearance it was poured by someone that knew what they were doing. The screw edges are sharp allowing for ease of installation. It came with a small roll of teflon tape and an extra set of washers. Well done! Installation was straight forward and I think it will work for quite awhile.

I purchased three of these splitters. I made a washing station in my basement for the fur baby using these splitters. They are easy to handle, slip resistant coating, the collar to connect to the faucet is comfortable for people with arthritis, like me. The small shut off valves are easy to use. The color choices are great, I have corresponding colors for hot and cold connections. The package is complete with instructions and extra washers, with more than enough plumbing tape. I will purchase again when spring arrives.

This is pretty great. It is heavy duty and hasn’t leaked.

UPDATED: Supplier responded to this Review and refunded original purchase of one and sent a replacement that is YELLOW/green...see last two pics. They say it is a more sturdy item. Design is same though black material that cracked looks like a stronger bake-lite material. The email listed on this site was apparently not correct. Their correct email is: [email protected] Comment with two star rating: They drill holes for the orange rivets which weakens the black plastic. If you zoom in on backside pic, you can see that the black plastic is also what bears all the load for turning the water on and off. I had two of these fail during the first half of watering season. There is a STOP which prevents over-turning, so they can't blame the user for abuse. Tried writing the company with no response.
