Q: Please can anyone tell me how to release the pump . All my hand soaps have pump dispensers so I do know how to release them normally .

Hi, We had a few and they normally open as soap dispensers do however the last few we have only one opened so I think they are faulty hopefully someone can tell me otherwise as we can’t open one but because we have another it hasn’t been an issue as I will use the pump once it is empty.
