At first glance, this lunch box appeared too small for my 7 yo son's lunch. However, it holds the perfect amount, as he has no leftovers and is not starving when he gets home. He takes a protein in the large section, fruit and veggies in one small section, and some sort of dry snack in the other. I place a frozen juice pouch in the bottom of his lunch bag and this box on top. Works great! He is able to open it easily. It's easy to clean and doesn't get gross/smelly like plastic and isn't wasteful like baggies. It is perfect for our needs. My complaint is the one I received was scratched and had some dings. I didn't return it as it arrived the day before school started. This box was also significantly less expensive than other comparable boxes. Overall, very pleased with this purchase.

I love these things. I have them in three styles now and use them regularly. The large is pretty sizable and doesn't fit well in a lot of my bags, so I prefer using two small ones instead.Great things: Easy clean up. Great size for a snack variety pack. Insanely durable. Not plastic. Perfect container for cheese, crackers, and fruit because they absolutely will not get smooshed!Things to keep in mind that won't work for some people: The lid will not stay on without the elastic band. Liquids will leak. The separators do not go to the lid so things can mix if they get tossed around.If you can deal with those things than I recommend you get this. They have made packing my lunch so much easier.

I use this like you would an Indian masala dabba spice box, but just for one specific recipe I make all the time that only has three spices. Instead of working out of three different spice bottles,I just grab this box and flip off the lid. Quite a time saver, holds a larger quantity than the little spice bottles, easier to work with and it is sturdy and well made.

Nice Product! Good quality stainless steel with nice finish on the edges. The size is perfect too. The only thing I would like to see improve is the ends of the compartment dividers leave a slight gap between them and the walls, so liquid will travel between compartments. If you keep fruits like watermelon in one compartment, the juice will move to the other compartments. Other than that the product is wonderful!

I am disappointed in this. I thought my kiddo was being overly dramatic about his new container, but I noticed that by the time he came home from school, things and moisture were drifting between sections. The lid leaves room for this to happen and there is no guarantee that his lunchbox won't get jostled a lot during the day. And, no, he didn't do it. My kid is deathly afraid of his foods touching; he would never ruin it for himself. So, now it will just sit in my cupboard with no possible use that I can think of. Bummed! Really wanted to transition to stainless!

We have this 3 section separation and like the size of the different compartments but the lid is very hard for younger kids to manage without spilling their lunch out on the ground. It may work for older kid and adults but it still isn't an easy lid to take off at any age. We prefer the lunchbots.

Perfect fit for the bottom compartment of our kids' Thermos Dual Lunch Kit. Took awhile for me to find a container that would work with the lunch kits! This frees up the top compartment for us to store their thermoses and water bottles. It also saves us from having to waste a lot of plastic bags filling the lunchboxes.

This is a very well constructed and stylish bento box, and priced more reasonably than similar products. The size and section partitions are exactly what I was looking for. The only downside is that neither the lid nor the section partitions are leak proof, but they are completely up front about that in the product description.
