I've used this before and I know it works well. I am careful not to leave it on too long because a hairdresser burned my hair like that and that why I use this myself. The best way to use it which they don't tell you is start with straight dry hair. When you wash the straightener out and before you put the neutralizer in, straighten it again then put the neutralizer in, obviously you'll have to straighten your hair one more time once you rinse out the neutralizer. Try to go as long as you can take before washing it. My hair dries in half the time after I've used this product.
