I’m a person who enjoys a very healthy diet. I do try all the gummies and supplements out there that claim to help shed the pounds.When making this review I think it would be important to allow others to know where I’m at so anyone else could establish their own expectations. I’m 5’7” and 150lbs.Before I got married I was 135lbs. I got married last year.A week ago I was 157lbs. Taking on my new step daughter and her needing to gain weight hasn’t exactly been good as you can tell on my weight flux. I take Caralluma Fimbriata as an appetite suppressant and Saffron to do much of the same. I got these natural pills on Amazon to try out. I like seaweed and yes you def smell and slightly taste the sea moss pill. I began to take one of those in the morning and one in the afternoon. The Leptin pill I take just before dinner and one before bed. It’s been a routine of this for a week. I don’t feel lighter and I don’t feel hungry. But I weighed in this morning and noticed 7lbs lighter. Im going to continue till the bottle runs out and see where it takes me. Hope this was helpful.

This sea moss supports our blood and cleanses. It’s good for almost anyone. I would see about medication interactions of your on meds from your Dr.

I bought these based off of reviews. Omg was so excited to get it. Take it for a while and it was making me feel so sick. I couldn’t even handle riding in a car after take these I would feel so nauseated. Do notRecommend
