Excellent! No fishy taste and very reputable company. I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening for heart, brain, joints and reduced inflammation support upon Dr William Davis’ recommendation of 4,000 mg omega 3 per day for optimum health.

In order for my body to absorb vitamin D I have to take these and my D levels have improved so much thanks to this type of fish oil. There is no other that has done this for me. I am hooked on these Omega-3 capsules! There is absolutely no taste or aftertaste (or burp up) and they have plenty of punch so you only need to take 1-2 per day. I take 2 each morning and some of my aches and pains are gone or considerably less painful. The gel capsules are on the large size, but I don't have a problem swallowing them which I sometimes do. Highly recommend trying these!!!
