I've had a bad experience with printers (especially hp) throughout my working life, so the thought of getting non-brand ink doesn't feel good... but in fairness, I just can't afford the Brother pricetag. I almost returned them, since I didn't follow the instructions and of course, they didn't fit my printer (or so I thought), but after checking and trying again, the cartridge slid into place and went straight to work! No problems with it since installation and I had to replace a second cartridge now, which was easy enough. They work well, I had no "adjustment period " of ink blobs/stains and so far, I'm very happy with my purchase. Affordability is just the cherry on the top.

This is an excellent product which is value for money, all colour toners fitted into my laser printer and worked ok. I did have a problem with Brother HL-L3270CDW laser printer, however, customer services resolved this quickly.

Exactly what I wanted, great substitute for original toners and a fraction of the price

This is the second time that I've purchased these toner cartridges from this supplier - and I see no reason to look elsewhere when these run out. These are simply great value and excellent quality. Whenever I do a print job, I never give any thought to the quality of the printouts, because they are consistently excellent. They are very easy to fit and work well - which is all that what is required. In the current economic climate, I see no reason to spend more elsewhere, especially for no tangible or visible benefits.

I have a Brother Colour Laser printer, model HL-L3270CDW, one of the printers this item claims to support. It doesn't. I checked the negative reviews after struggling to install and discovered a few other customers with the same printer complaining about the same as me. I returned the item and bought another brand, it installed perfectly first time. So a waste of 3 days!! I also read the claim on the box that the contents don't leak as I was cleaning up the mess. In my case, specifically the yellow and cyan. It's well reviewed so obviously a lot of customers are happy with it but it definitely didn't work for me on my printer.

Purchased these toner cartridges to replace the original that came with the laser printer. It has certainly matched the original print quality and apart from the price which is lot cheaper than the brand name, you won’t see any difference. We are a small business and use the printer daily and these have been ongoing for few weeks now and still lots of ink left in them. Easy to install with no error messages.
