Q: Based on the sizing chart i should get an extra size!? i'm normally a medium or large... what should i order? i'm 5' 5", 145 lbs, and size 10.

In my opinion they run small. I wear a 16 pant and the l/Xl said it should be 14 to 22 so I ordered the L/XL. The waist rolls and is too tight.

Hi! I'm about the same size as you. I ordered 16-18 because I fluctuate in size. So I ordered XXL. If you want them tight, I would order XL (14-16). They are super soft and great to sleep in too! Hope this helps.
