I got the unit yesterday to replace one that was in my RV, it broke. I bought the exact unit to go back in the RV, the new one has a problem also. Will haft to wait until Monday to call Jenson to see what they will do about it. Will update later. Sound quality is good but will not play a DVD or CD. Today I got ahold of the tech help and found out that I hadn't removed 2 shipping screws. After I done that the unit worked great no problems. Great unit

Purchased this to replace my original RV entertainment center which was having issues. Since I was replacing with what I thought was the exact same model turn out not to actually be a plug and play install (which was what I was hoping for). Reason being is I learned that the pin plug was slightly different and would not fit the original. Ended up having to redo all the wiring which took longer but was doable. ID for each connection tags were worded differently but lucky for me the colors were the same and I simply matched them up. Unit is now installed and works just fine.

We tried to use it in our trailer this weekend after installing. I wanted a built in DVD for camping off the beaten path. The DVD player starts at the end of the movie. It also takes 5 tries to eject the DVD. It makes a clunking sound and the disc gets stuck. Maybe we just got a bad one but it is super disappointing.

I can't say enough about Jensen radios, this was bought to upgrade an RV travel trailer radio. It works great and what a price for Bluetooth, DVD,CD, and Radio plus you get a remote. In my last travel trailer I did the same, upgraded to this Jensen. Easy to install and worked great. Highly recommended and this model does it all.

The DVD would not work right- only played in black and white.Does not play iPhone through the USB.

I had one of these in my first travel trailer. Had to get another for the new travel trailer. VERY happy with it.

Looks nice in the RV works as said. Only problem is I wish their was a way to shut the whole thing down, clock and backup lighting is a battery burner while boon docking. Installed a toggle switch all good now

Be cautious. One zone worked the 2nd fuss not the seller will charge you a restocking fee at thier discretion and demand you pay return shipping. I would NEVER buy from a seller who charges a restocking fee and return shipping for a product. Read their return policy carefully. I was unaware of their ridiculous demands for a return. Thankfully Amazon stands behind their satisfaction guarantee. They made things right for me.

This product came with a blown fuse..thought something was strange about that.. decided to hookup any way in to my rv to replace an old one.. as soon as 12vdc power was applied it had a dead short internally and kept blowing the rv 15 amp fuse in my panel.. Sent back for refund , awaiting for that to be applied..

Replaced a unit that was in travel trailer that didn’t work- easy replacement and works great.

Cheap enough but you get what you pay for. I haven’t installed it yet but looks easy enough to wire up.
