I plug the usb to mac (mac os catalina) but not working ? not seeing any drive etc...is it not supported ?

I loaded one play list on it from my MacBookPro, but then I worked out in it and it never worked again. Just like the iPod, it appeared on the desktop as an auxiliary drive that you dragged-and-dropped from iTunes onto. But, like I said, it only worked once before it was kaput.
