Laser Engraving Blank Plate Assortment 15 piece Aluminum Gold, Silver, & Black

I ordered these engraving plates to use with a personal engraving machine for a friends retirement gift. I specifically needed black and three of the five black plates I received had something written ON them. They were completely unusable. This I unacceptable and I feel I've been duped. I will not order again.

Ordered sample blanks and was sent two with a partial engraved logo already on it.
