Mixed feelings . . .
I have mixed feelings about this product. In some ways they do things other products don't but also they are not quite as slick at the video would have you believe. I bought one and liked it enough that I bought another, as well as a couple small ones, but still wish they were a little more like what I see in the video. The most critical deficit is when it comes to bowls or cups (which is what I wanted it for, for use in the microwave) it really only works well on items that are exactly the right size and shape. And with mugs you have to undo and redo them to deal with the handle. Just a little awkward and floppy for some applications, which is not evident in the expert handling of the woman in the video. If you just want to hook them up and use as a flower shaped trivet sitting flat on a table, they work great for that.One thing to know is the small ones are thinner than the larger ones, so they do not form a level surface when used together.

Good Product but Not As Thick As Expected
I have the larger version of this product and love it so I decided to order the smaller size so I could expand the larger one. Well, I should have read the dimensions more carefully. THESE ARE NOT THE SAME THICKNESS. So, I can link the smaller ones together but they cannot effectively be linked to the larger size. The feature I especially like about the large one is its thickness. Dishes or pans sit a little higher from your surface than other similar products. The product is really good but I will use it for items that are not as hot. Guess I relearned a lesson about reading descriptions thoroughly.

Great for Electronics and Kitchen.
This Silicone Trivet was such a happy surprise. Was searching for something small and open that I could place an external hard drive on. The hard drive gets quite warm and I thought it needed to be up off the desk. This was just the ticket for that purpose. Since it comes in a twin-pack I had an extra one and found that I was carrying it from room to room for my coffee cup. There are many other uses for it and I purchased another set of the Mini's and a set of the Regular size. So many uses for these things!!! Greatly surprised (in the best way) by this. PS: Highly recommend the mini for putting warm routers, modems, and external hard drives on.

Oh so useful
The Blossom comes as a set of 2. They can be used as trivets or coasters in either their blossom shape or their "folded" shape (as seen in Amazon's video), but I usually use them as bowl or mug sleeves when I need to microwave my oatmeal or water.I also have it in regular size Spice Ratchet 16813 Blossom Multi-Use Silicone Trivet, Red , which I often use as trivet or when I'm in the mood for some flare, I use it as a charger for my dinner plate!These are silicone so they can take abuse around the house, and when they get dirty, just rinse and they're back as new.

Cute, fun, work well
Actually, I thought I was ordering the larger size of this for using in a pan for canning. But after using these as coasters, and having friends comment on how much fun they are to use... I decided we really need to order more. The package came with two in it, so time to make sure we have enough for all at the table. I like that they keep the sweaty glassware off the placemats, keeping everything on the table dry.

Works great!
I bought the mini Blossom to go in the middle of the larger one I'd already purchased. I use them as a trivet in the bottom of my waterbath canning stockpot, to keep the glass jars from touching the bottom of the pot.I actually stack the two minis on top of one another, which makes them the same height as the larger one, so the jars don't wobble. Works great!

Pretty Good
I have one near my microwave and near my oven. I love having it to set hot plates on right away. I like that it's so washable. I used to use the cloth type and they always got so stained.

I love this thing! I wouldn't call it a trivet, although you can use it for that. I use it all the time to take things out of the microwave so I don't have to use a dish towel or an oven mitt, especially if I am taking a hot mug or small glass bowl out. And for my coffee mugs that don't have handles, it is great! I have the larger version for use with bigger bowls.And if it gets dirty, just rinse it off and you are good to go!Great little gadget!
