WORST Product Ever!
Got your attention? Let me start by saying I never review anything. But that stopped today. I cannot stress enough about how amazing this product is. Little background on why I’m taking it. Thanks to genetics and a stressful occupation on top of owner the company I developed high blood pressure, yay for me! My BP was 210/140 last year when I went into the dr because of my headaches. Holy crap! Can you say stroke potential. He put me on Atenolol and I felt better but not awesome, occasional dizziness fogginess but it was better than dying. I lost weight and tried to reduce stress. Fast forward to late summer 2017 and Atenolol vanishes becuase of some mysterious shortage. Cough, cough BS. So my Dr switched me to Metoprolol. Felt fine at first and within a month I had more of the listed side affects than not. Dizziness, depression, anxiety, weight gain, numbness in my r arm, cold fingers, insomnia, hair loss, back pain, bradycardia, up 3-4 Times a night to pee. Before I realized it was the medicine I went in for the anxiety and started another pill. Finally the numbness in my arm and cold fingers made desk work next to impossible. I thought it was a pinched nerve and started Occupational therapy for the numbness. Went to the chiropractor because of the back pain. $$$$$$ flying out of my wallet. I finally put two and two together discovered the answer was four. Beta Blockers are like poison, I might as well drink bleach and call it a day. I decided I was done. I tried to cut the dose in half, then every other day only to have horrible reactions. Almost passed out on the job and Just felt horrible. I did some more research and found out I needed to taper off more slowly. Over a three month period I slowly decreased my daily dose of poison. When I was down to 25 MG every other day my BP started to creep up of course and I wondered what I was going to do. Thank God I found This stuff! I tried it not knowing if it would work or not. I started taking it and decided to end Metoprolol within that same week. It’s been three weeks now and two weeks off Beta Blockers and I feel amazing! My BP is better than when is was on the medicine and almost all of my side affects are gone! Most within a few days. I’m sleeping and not getting up to pee, my anxiety is gone. Really all that’s left is my arm pain and that’s improved. Apparently beta blockers can take months to get completely out of your system, geeze that stuff sounds safe. Needless to say I’m a big big fan.

Boosted Energy and Reliable Heart Support
Boosted Energy and Reliable Heart Support I’ve been using Doctor’s Best High Absorption CoQ10 for a while now, and it’s one of those supplements that I can actually feel a difference with. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that they’re naturally fermented and paired with BioPerine, which supposedly helps with absorption. I’ve noticed a steady improvement in my daily energy levels, especially during workouts and long workdays where I’d normally hit a slump. Another plus is that this formula is gluten-free, which is important in my household, and it doesn’t upset my stomach like some other supplements can. I also appreciate that it comes in a larger 120-count bottle, so I don’t have to reorder constantly. The only thing to keep in mind is that CoQ10 can take a little time to build up in your system, so the benefits aren’t always immediate. Consistency is key with this one. Bottom line: A well-made, easy-to-take supplement that supports both energy and heart health—definitely worth keeping in the daily routine.

Decent product, if you really need it
I don’t really have anything special or anything negative to say about this product. It’s a common vitamin that a lot of people use for a variety of reasons. It has no taste, which is actually nice. It doesn’t upset my stomach at all. The pills are small e ouch that it’s easy to swallow them. The quality of this vs any other brand is the same the difference for me is the price point. That’s what made me select Doctor’s Best. Nothing wrong with the product, I just didn’t personally notice any results. It’s supposed to help with sleep, which was a big enticement for me, but I didn’t notice a difference. No difference in pain levels or problems with hydration, as I’ve heard other people say.

I think that these work well in my particular case.
When I was prescribed a statin (10mg) my pharmacist highly recommended that I take CoQ10 to eliminate muscle pain that statins can cause. So I started the CoQ10 at the same time. I was using a stronger dose of CoQ10 but I saw this one on Amazon, which was half the dosage and almost half the price. I've never experienced muscle pain that could attribute to taking a statin so I'm assuming that it works. My doc says that it's not a bad idea to take the CoQ10 so I take it. The only issue I have is that gel tablets stick together in the bottle. Small issue really

They seem to work great...!!
Ok. I'd like to address some of the reviews on here regarding clumping. These are gel tabs. It's not unusual for anything that's a gel tab, to clump and stick together. They're not melted. What I did with mine when I received them, is, I knocked a few loose, because I wanted to take one right away, then I placed the bottle in the fridge. The next day, when I shook the bottle, many were loose and the 3rd day almost all of them were loose. No problems. So, if they arrive clumped together, just shake the bottle then place it in the fridge, and shake it every day when you take one out. The packaging was perfect and nicely sealed. As for these little pills. They're very easy to swallow. That's a huge plus. I hate huge pills. But these are super easy. Here's why I ordered them. I started taking Rosuvastatin back in March. By mid April I was having unusual joint pains and they kept getting worse. So, late April I quit taking the Rosuvastatin. But in May I was still in pain and the Dr said he didn't know what was causing it but he doubted the statin because he said the pain should have gone away within a couple weeks not taking it. So, I went back to taking the Rosuvastatin. And my joint pains got worse. The pain was so bad, I couldn't sleep. So on Aug 1st, I stayed up researching Rosuvastatin. And I read a lot. Then I stumbled on articles regarding Coq10, joint pain and statins. So, I was up until about 3am on Aug 2nd, on Amazon, looking for something that I was no only willing to try, but could get to me that morning, and I came across these. So, I ordered them. I took one right away. By the way, do make sure you eat something solid, like a half sandwich. They will cure you of any constipation you might have. It wasn't bad though. But any way, I took one that same day. Saturday I took one with my breakfast. Sunday, wow ... The difference was incredible. I was no longer in pain, just really sore. Today, Aug 5th, I've had my 4th one and I'm doing even better than yesterday. These things work, at least for me, they have worked. I hope they continue to work as they have been because if they do, then I should be pain free in a few weeks. And, for clarification when I say joint pain, I mean my knees hurt to walk up and down our stairs, my hip joints started hurting, my lower back had started hurting, the back of my neck area had started hurting, my hands... Both of hands hurt so bad I couldn't stand the pain and it made very difficult to use my hands. And now... Like I said, wow... The difference is like night and day and I've only had 4 of these pills. And if you're wondering, I'm not taking the Rosuvastatin. I quit. It's not worth everything I've been through since being on it. I took my last one on July 31st. No more. Now I'm talking Coq10 and a multivitamin. Personally, I'd highly recommend these.
