I have owned and used my first Total Trolley for about ten years, moving everything from sound equipment to a piano. When we moved to another home in 2003, the TT was a REAL back saver moving bookcases, furniture, boxes, appliances, etc.; recently, we used it to move risers for our church choir, and for moving the organ speaker cabinets---exact weight unknown, but HEAVY. One wheel became slightly bent and is harder to turn, and the steps had to be "forced" to convert to the ladder position, so I bought the new one last week, and am thrilled to have them both. Since I weigh over 200 lbs., I am loath to use the old one as the step ladder when I clean out my gutters; however, I will continue to use it for utility uses, like pallets of sod, and for moving heavy and unwieldy objects up to 300 lbs. I have recommended the TT to friends, and have loaned mine out for years now, and it has served well in every use for which it is advertised.

I have been wanting this for a long time ! One of the best product innovation in the market ! The package arrived a day earlier than expected , the product came in a very secure packaging. Easy to assemble , very durable , and light weight. I got it to help me move gardening supplies around the yard mostly , but I seem to use it for a lot of other errands ! I LOVE IT !

Poor quality plastic will bend over the weight of you stepping on the ladder, how is this supposed to hold 800lbs if it can hardly manage 120lbs on the ladder without bending the plastic step. The metal is aluminum and really cheap looking, I would expect dents and bending to occur pretty quickly after use. I also received a yellow one but the seller has been a total pain contacting. Short story I returned it but it's been 5 days since the seller received and signed for the package and they haven't even contacted me back so I'm going through the A to Z Guarentee now. While this looks like a great idea to have 4 in 1, it does none of the features well and you'd be way better off buying 4 individual tools than this one. It just doesn't perform to what's expected. I'm not sure why it's rated the way it is, but I wouldn't recommend this buy to anyone.

This is handy and work decent. It can be a little hard to unlock after using as a ladder but his is minor considering all the things it does.

Got it to replace one I got years ago. Only disappointment is it did not come with the tray that covers the steps when used as a cart.

Love this for work. I've convinced two co workers to buy it also. We are photographers who Cary mobile studios around and having a ladder is ALWAYS handy.
