This ear bulb syringe really does work ! I had been slowly getting more and more deaf over the last few months . It was mainly my right ear so although it was annoying I didn’t really do much about it other than use olive oil spray hoping that would do the trick as I could hear with the left ear . That wasn’t perfect but wasn’t as bad as the right ear , it would block every now and again . But suddenly my ‘’ good ‘’ ear became as blocked and muffled as my bad ear …. Oh god I could hardly hear anything , people talking at work , the radio , you name it I was really struggling and had to really concentrate to hear stuff and it was at this point I knew I couldn’t just ignore it anymore … I wondered if I was actually going properly deaf . So I knew you could get these kits online but was sceptical yet the reviews were really good . I know they won’t syringe your ears at the doctors anymore so had no choice but to try it . As I said I’d been using the spray to soften the wax for a few days then this arrived and so I gave it a go . Now I was doing this probably for getting on for an hour or so swapping from one ear to the other and didn’t think in a million years it’d work for me …… it took a while and eventually I saw some wax coming out and my ears seemed a little bit clearer but nothing amazing …. Then all of a sudden after a few big bits of wax coming out it was like wow ! I realised all of a sudden that my ear was clear and I could hear things I hadn’t been able to hear like the clock ticking , that was the first thing I heard ! Then oh my god I flushed the loo and it was so loud ! And my keys jingled loudly , etc. etc. I was gobsmacked ! Yes it took a while but honestly I think my ears had been blocked for a few years on and off ! When I lost my good ear as well I’d probably lost 50% or more of my hearing in both ears ! It may happen more quickly for you but mine were so blocked it was ridiculous and I left it for far too long . I must’ve had more wax than ears but it actually worked even on my very blocked ears even though it took a while ! So under normal circumstances it might work in 5 or 10 minutes ! Next time I won’t leave it so long , really wish I’d have tried this sooner ! It’s amazing and it’s easy to do and safe , you’re literally just squirting jets of water into your ear hole until it clears ! I could actually hear in both ears and they may not have been perfect but were a million times better than before …. My worse ear wasn’t quite as clear as my other ear but not far off . So I tried again the next day with both ears and would say my better ear is probably almost 100% and my other ear 99% ….. although a few days later and I think the worse ear has cleared itself more and I think they’re both about the same now . Probably pretty much normal and as good as they’re gonna get ! So honestly give it a go , it may not happen straight away but it should work eventually ! And I’d say it’s £9-99 very well spent ! It’s great to be able to actually hear again properly ! Simple but very effective … really does actually work , does what it says on the tin ! Brilliant product …. Amazing !

This product narrowly missed a 5* rating. I suffered for 3 weeks before buying this. I woke up one morning deaf in my left ear. I tried cotton buds, olive oil, otex ear drops etc for those first 3 weeks but to no avail. Whatever was blocking my ear drum was nicely compacted and not wanting to budge. I contacted my GP about having an appointment to have it syringed but was informed that due to COVID19 they were not performing that treatment. Great! I get to be half deaf for a while. Hrmpfff I thought! I'll go on the tinterweb and find something I can bloody well do myself then! I read the reviews on this product and saw a few mixed results from those that struggled with the applicator or their own lack of patience. What could I lose by giving this a punt? Click Click. Arrived the following day. Go Amazon! I excitedly unwrapped my ear unblocker tooly thing, read the basic instructions and promptly ignored them like I do with everything else. Filled it with warm ish water, positioned the pot under my left ear and repeatedly flushed the offending blighter with water. The results were impressive but not as impressive as I'd hoped. In the catch pot swirled an abundance of compacted wax and what looked like paper thin floaty bits of skin however it had not unblocked me completely. Sound had returned a little but there was still a distinct blockage. Not one to be disheartened, I allowed it to dry, poured another ear full of otex in and listened to it fizzling away. I left it around 6 hours and then went back to the flushing with warm water, on attempt 2 it fully cleared the blockage. I was so relieved and impressed! I could hear again! Woohoo! I now use this product once a week to flush all that unwanted junk from both ears. It's a great product and I don't understand any of the negative comments about it not fitting in the ear or being too hard to squeeze. You don't put this "in" your ear, you put it next to it. It's easy to fill and squeeze too, so those saying it was too difficult must really struggle with overall grip strength. Buy this product with confidence, it really does work. Just not necessarily on the first attempt! Have patience and all will be well.

Delighted with the results I paid a little more (still great value) for a quality product After a couple of decades needing to visit a specialist every 3 - 4 years, to clear my heavily blocked ears from solid plugs of wax . . I persisted with home treatment My results came after 4 weeks of determined, continuous effort I am now pain and discomfort free I can hear detail and things again, that I have not been able to, for some considerable time I would advise care and caution It is important to know what we're doing Ear drums are essential to our health and welfare and must not be damaged I may now plan regular 6 or 12 monthly treatment at home I understand 'overdoing' it can promote more secretion of oils and wax, as the body compensates

This was bought for my dad who has arthritis in his hands and suffers with ear wax. He's able to hold this well and it gets the job done. It's large. Would recommend.

2 weeks of ear drops, followed instructions, didn’t work. Another week of ear drops, followed instructions, did not work. Sorry. Phoned the surgery for an appointment.

Only complain is that it takes some time to fill it up but it works good.

Ik hoorde aan één oor helemaal niks meer en helemaal opgelost hiermee! IVM Corona vaccinaties erg druk op het lokale dokters centrum hier en kon pas een afspraak maken voor een week later, dus ik dacht laat ik het eerst zelf maar is proberen hiermee. Netjes de volgende dag bezorgt! Had al iets van 3-4 dagen met olie gedruppeld toen ik besloot deze oorspuit te kopen en zoals andere reviews hier schrijven moet je wel geduld hebben; eerste keer kwam er wel wat rommel uit mijn oor en ik hoorde alweer een beetje maar het was niet opgelost. Ik weer flink wat olie in mijn oor gedruppeld en de volgende ochtend probeerde ik het weer. Deze keer (door tips van andere reviews hier) met wat warmer water en een stuk harder te drukken op het spuitje kwam de prop los! Of het nou kwam door het groffe geschut of de extra olie weet ik niet. Het spuitje was zacht en niet pijnlijk om te gebruiken. Ook kwam er een handoekje bij in tablet vorm bij (niet gebruikt maar wel leuk gedaan) en een handige opberg zak. Conclussie: Ik ben erg tevreden!

I feel like this is a better way to clean the ears than using q-tip. Its very gentle to the ears and it does not cause any irritation. The kit seems to be made of good material too. I am happy with this purchase.
