American Metal 356W10x4 10-Inch by 4-Inch White Steel Wall Diffusers with 1/3-Inch Grille Bar

Very pleased with the product but it didn't look exactly like the one in the photo. The adjuster in the photo appears to be a lever and the one I received has a sliding button mechanism. Both do the same the function but if you're very particular, you might be disappointed.
