I bought it 3 years ago and it still work properly. At the beginning, remote control didn't work but it was caused by the plug in of the receptor connection with the tv.

Great TV mount! So great I bought a second one. Easy to mount, clear instructionsI’ve added pictures of my second setup very self explanatory.

Does not support the weight of my tv. Had to modify to keep from sagging and to center tv.

Works well. It was pretty easy to install, just make sure you get it on a stud because it's much too heavy for drywall mounts. This might just be the way our TV is setting on the swing arm but sometimes it's hard to get an angle on it with the remote when it's "open". It's definitely not "silent" as another review said- it isn't *loud* loud but it sounds like a drill when you move it.You have to push two buttons to get it to go to a preset position. I don't know why they would make you do that every time, it's very annoying.

This thing is super slick and cool! Caution on installations, you are going to want to be sure you have a stud you can sink it into, and make sure that it is level and true. Motor is silent and smooth. Impresses everyone that sees it in action!

I got this mount a few months ago and for some reason it malfunctioned. I contacted the seller directly to have it exchanged and they went above and beyond to get me a replacement. For starters, by the time I contacted them we were already beyond the Amazon return window, so I couldn't do it through Amazon. Nevertheless they went ahead and sent me a replacement in perfect condition. I Love the bracket. It is functional, works well and fits perfectly in my living room. I would definitively buy from them again and highly recommend them to anyone trying to decide if they should buy this one or not.

First of all the mount and the hardware are excellent. We bought a new 65" Samsung tv and installed it into a 4" inset of a custom bookcase/entertainment center. Out problem was mostly from the directions that were included to put this thing together. The wording was so tiny on a miniature booklet which made it unreadable. We just had to figure it out ourselves from the pictures on the box. Made it a long process. Would be nice to pair it with our firestick so now we have two remotes although it did say in the description what it would pair with. On the good side this mount works smoothly and quietly. Pretty sure we will be happy with it. Bill & Jody
