Comes with a plastic cover to protect the grater and your hands when not in use. I thought it was too large, but then I tried it and loved it. Easily and quickly grates ginger (even out of the freezer). The price is reasonable and I would highly recommend.

I couldn’t be happier with his handy zester! I love the plastic receptacle that easily snaps on and off the back, but never pops off when you don’t want it to.I’ve been getting Hello Fresh meal kits for the past year or so and a ton of the recipes involve zesting lemons or limes.I limped by with the smaller size on my box grater for a while, but they holes just weren’t fine enough for the result I needed.I purchased this and everything changed! So sharp and I get perfectly zested citrus every time. Easy to clean too.I also use it for blocks of Parmesan cheese and frozen ginger that I use in my tea.I actually just ordered one for my dad! 10/10!

I bought this because my husband and I do a home delivery meal service that asks you to zest lemons and limes often. We weren’t getting muck with our grater so decided to give this a try. I wish we had bought this sooner. We get some much more lemon and lime zest than using a traditional grater. This thing is a definite game changer.

It's to big to fit in my sink for soaking, but it sure works great.

I love the yellow tight grip. This item is very stable when grating fruit and spice. The wide blade creates high production and it's suitable for commercial use. I've gotta give (A+.)

Comparable graters like this usually go for twice the price. If you're looking for a new plane grater this is a very good option. It's well made, grates beautifully and is moderately sized. I liked it so much I ordered two!

Works far better than expected, I got so much zest from one lemon I had to throw away 90%. Takes literally 10 seconds to get enough zest for any meal. Possibly the most effective cooking product I have ever bought. Easy to clean with sink spray and brush.

I was surprised how long this device is. I guess that is a good thing for grating hard cheeses. It definitely is sharp and needs taking caution for use as a zester.
