I want to make sure this is known right off the bat, I have a big baby. He's 10 months but where's 2T clothing. So my experiences may not be the same as yours. Setting up is a breeze, instructions could be better but it's not completely necessary. Height of the play pen is just enough where my babyzilla can't climb out, but it sure as heck doesn't stop him from trying. There's no cushion at the bottom of this thing, so it's highly advised for the comfort of the baby to have some sort of blanket or mat. We were lucky, we had a playmat already for the baby that fit perfectly so it was not a problem for us. Construction is fairly sturdy, though babyzilla has put that to the test. He attempted to climb out and broke the T section that connected the rods to the center of that side. Thankfully, the manufacturer is very smart and includes a couple extra pieces just in case, so this was a quick fix for us. We just need to monitor babyzilla a bit better and make sure he doesn't try it again. The pieces are plastic, sturdy plastic, but plastic none the less.... so if you have a titanic toddler like we do, keep in mind you'll need to keep a watchful eye. I did not deduct a star from the review, as I don't believe this is the manufacturers fault. The product is great, just make sure that if you have a mini-MMA fighter for a child, get something with metal.

I was interested in finding a play yard that was larger because we live in a smaller 3 bedroom ranch and previous home had a bonus room off the living room where we had a gate and baby could have his playroom. I read lots of reviews of the plastic vs this sort of play yard and then reviewed the brands that produced this play yard. This one by far was highly recommended with reviews on exactly what I was looking for: an area that my son could crawl, play, pull himself up, walk and have all his toys while having the security that he was not getting licked by the dog or any dangerous situation leaving him on his floormat open to the entire house. We've had it for 3 weeks and it has been my favorite baby product yet!!! First and foremost it gives me the freedom needed to get things done and the free playtime my son needs at almost 9 months scooting around and playing safely. He will play independently for about 45 mins before even noticing me going back and forth. It is big enough that I can hop in, throw a few pillows down and lay and play with him while he climbs all over me. It is big for sure, but it is small enough too that even in a smaller home or open living space it fits without sticking it in the middle of the room and it being an eyesore. My husband put it together in 30 mins and found the instructions and process to be easy. It has been sturdy and easy enough for me to move around myself and the suction cups on the bottom stick perfectly to our wood floors. I had a foam playmat that we had purchased and I just had to tuck one side folded under and it works perfectly. We chose to also put our area rug under it because honestly the living room looked better that way, but it also gave us comfort if he fell. He has started trying to pull himself up (love the pull handles!) and he falls down and aside from harder plastic toys being in there, he falls just fine and nothing in there is anything he can truly get hurt from. I climb in every night and organize the toys back in order or just cleaned up while making sure nothing spilled or got in there. All in all, 3 weeks in I give this 5 stars all around! The zipped up sides to crawl in and out are perfect but we keep closed. As a first time mom, once we moved and lots that "bonus room" that was going to be the floor mat and all things baby safely, now entering into the "on the move" stage this is a lifesaver and most of all I love that we will keep it up for quite some time while he's walking and all! Anyone looking for a larger play yard for multiple children or for just 1, I highly suggest this one!!

Great product! It has given my 1 year old a safe play area while sister is doing her school work. It is 5-6 times the size of my pack-n-play. I can climb over easy to get in and out to play or clean up toys. It does take up a lot of room in our living area, but the dark gray actually doesn’t look like an eye sore which is a plus. My 5 year old likes to play in it as well. So far it is solid and no signs up wear or tear. The material seems to be pretty good. I love that I can see my little one through the mesh while I’m cooking dinner too. The height is great! No hopefully my little guy won’t find out he could attempt to climb over if he stood on top of a toy... we aren’t quite at that stage yet. Only Con: don’t love the slippery bottom (it isn’t totally flush to the floor and had to spend extra money finding a rug that would fit in it so my little guy wouldn’t slip around walking. Still not perfect, and if it came with a mat that would have been awesome. I hope this holds up for a another year or 2. Overall my Husband and I are both so happy we finally bought this after thinking about it for 4 months or so. I got a good price on this one compared to others on Amazon like it. I put it together with my 5 year old. We did it with ease.

I bought this for my son he’s 1 and a half now and also purchased some floor mats to fit inside separately and I couldn’t be happier with it, I got the bigger one and while it does take up some living room space it how ever gives my son a nice safe play area plenty of room for him I loaded his up with toys and balls from a ball pit and he has a blast everytime, no issues with him escaping so I know he’s safe for when I’m cleaning it also has two areas where you can unzip the barrier to allow him to go in and out as he pleases which was a cool addition, my son learns how to walk in this, it’s so big I could lay down in it and have him play and feel comfortable knowing he isn’t going anywhere highly recommend! If you have the space it’s big, setup is a process but easy once you get into the rhythm, also make sure this is an area that your sure on because disassemble is easy it just takes long as well as setting back up

This is huge playyard. My husband and I could paly with my son inside and it is not crowded at all. It is study and well made. It provides safe and big room for my son to play. But I do have a few complains: the assemble instruction is useless and is frustrating to put together; The suckers is useless, cannot suck our wood floor. No padding. Overall, it is good product. Recommend it.

Large sturdy playpen. Good at keeping my active 8m in. Sturdy enough for her to hold on to the railings to stand up without moving/shaking. I placed it on my wooden floors, the suction cups have excellent suction. The mesh is good quality. My 8m pushes against the mesh all the time, and my dog scratches it from the outside, and I haven't found a loose strand yet.

This pen saved our lives! Our 2 year old is a big boy and has been able to climb and jump since he was 9 months old. We needed something big enough that he could explore and roll around as he tends to be super active as he settles down for bed. This kid flings himself at the mesh, shakes the bars and tries to climb it and it is still standing in perfect condition. My son is almost 40" tall and he cannot climb over the side. It is a large queen pen!!! so much room so definitely will not fit in a smaller bedroom. But it is also helping him get used to being in a big boy bed. I cannot say enough great things about this. I threw in a light mattress topper and blankies and he sleeps great at night. The only thing is he can open the zippers from the inside for the flap, he is sneaky like that so not all toddlers will be able to do so, but we tied it down with zip ties and all is well!

This play yard is HUGE! I absolutely love it and I am impressed with the quality. I would definitely recommend it! I got the dark grey XL (6’ x 6’8”) . It was super easy to assemble and it’s light weight so it’s easy to move around the house. Also love that it has suction cups on the bottom so it doesn’t move. Love that there’s two sides you can unzip so the kids can crawl in and out.

I ordered this for my 11 month old son. He crawls and can pull up to stand but I didn't want him roaming the house. This is the perfect solution. It arrived on time. Was very easy to put together. Just takes common sense really. It's surprisingly light weight for its size. We've had two adults and the baby in it comfortably. My son is able to crawl and roll around freely and easily. He's a pro at pulling himself up on the sides now. He used the pull up straps for a bit but now just uses the sides. The only thing that would've been nice is if they sold a padded bottom too. I ended up buying two gym mat/pads from Ikea. Overall we're very happy with the purchase and it does exactly as advertised.

As listed, perfect condition, came with extra rods?? Not sure why. Perfect for my son. Zipper on one side was broken, but I just put that part against the wall. A lot of reviews mentioned zipper problems, but other than that the quality was great! No complaints.
