Q: What temperature approximately will the heater give out

The heater can be set to heat the air at between 5-20 deg C. I have mine set to 10 deg C, just to take the chill out of the incoming air. This unit has worked very well so far for us. Our RH values have come right down from high 70's upwards to mid 50's or lower. It's worth checking your loft ventilation, I had to add additional lap vents to ensure enough airflow.

Q: Is there a model for use in a apartment without loft space?

Never recieved the item, out of pcket to the tune of £390. Amazon being very unhelpful to date.

It is the same for me. Have to remember it takes the air in the loft, which is going to be cold at this time of year, filter it and pump it back into the house. Have you thought of increasing the output on the heater. You can set it to up to 20 degrees so it heats the air as it pumps it in. I only set mine to 5 degrees. 20 degrees would be about 500 watts. For me it reduced the condensation by 99%. Only when it gets to minus 5 have I seen a very small amount of condensation

Q: Does it automatically come back on after automatic shut off for high temperature?

Yes, if the loft temp is too high it stops, then restarts once it cools down.
