Zoology

I teach this course, but our vendor could not get a copy of this book for me, so I ordered one from Amazon. Using this book for a high-school Zoology course and have been pleased with the level of detail. Terminology can be a little tough for students, but the authors do a good job of explaining terms and use lots of photos to illustrate concepts.

I don't know if it is this edition or this writer/ editor team, but this book is very easy to read and understand. I bought it for my class but I love reading it just for the sheer information.

I ordered this book out of curiosity, not for a class. It was very nicely priced (I bought it used, still in AMAZING condition). It is easy to understand and it is very well laid out. If you are a visual learner like me, this is a great book with plenty of diagrams. One thing that I do want that isn't in the book is a vocab section at the beginning o each chapter like I have had in school textbooks before. Not a big deal, just like to see what is in the section.-Jess

This book has helped me with starting my career in Zoology. Makes is easier for my college courses as well.

Brilliant book for further reading on my uni course. Clearly layed out with useful images, well detailed.I would definitly recommend it to anyone who is studying vertabrates and invertabrates or the animal form and function especially.

This Book is amazing and full of all the information I need for my Wildlife Biology degree. Was purchased second hand but was as good as new and a fraction og the price I have seen this book at. Very happy.
