Great product but be aware of the 30 day return policy if not used
It's a good product and holds very well BUT be aware of the return policy on items like this. I ordered both 24" and 30' since I wasn't sure which size I could use in the bathroom for my condo that I was preparing for my elderly parent to move into. I used the 30' and since I was very busy, did not realize I needed to return the item (the 24") within 30 days, so now I have a "Bobrick B-5806x24 Concealed Mounting Grab Bar with Snap Flange, Satin" that I need to sell. I also got it when it was $10 cheaper so at this point, mine would be more affordable.

Put up in my rental
Using as a towel rack in my rental with 3" screws into the studs. Lets see them tear that one off the wall.
