What can I say? Just amazing. And when I host dinner for friends - lol, they think I am some gourmet cook :)I use these at least once a week. I make salmon with 1/2 honey and 1/2 whole grain mustard, fresh thyme and lemon and with these sheets it is out of the world delicious!Looking forward to trying other seafood, meats with these sheets. Just ordered another pack now :)

Don't Buy The Wraps.
Don't buy the wraps. Other 2 brands were out so I got these. Needs 2 wraps for med. salmon fillet. Securing string is very thick and not precut. I do not recommend at all.

Great product that can be used in the oven for fish and veggies
These are working out great for us! We moved into a row house and no longer own a grill, but they work just fine in the oven. I have used these with fish and vegetables and they work for both.
