Good posture, I measured a little bit above my waist and it measured 42” and it is too small, but I loved it I’s the best quality and very comfortable. It did’nt come with a receipt or any other way to EXCHANGE it for a bigger size or get my money back and re-order. Again this is the best, I loved it

I had a torn muscle in my upper back. It's one of the muscles just inside each shoulder blade. I tried various supports but nothing was perfect. Finally settled on a small X shaped support which worked okay provided my wife was home to help me put it on because it had to be pulled down from behind. It was impossible to fit properly by myself. The muscle eventually healed but tore again a year later. I still had the old support which worked as long as my wife was around. I looked on Amazon again for a better one. Found this. Gave it a try. It works great! It works even better than the other smaller one and best of all, I can fit it perfectly without needing the help of a second person.The straps are elastic so I'm not sure they give enough support to pull the shoulders back like you might want with a posture corrector. But for upper back support, this thing is awesome. Be sure to measure your upper waist per the description and don't be afraid to get the larger size than you think you need. I got the 2 XXL size and I'm 215 lbs.

Good support, easy to put on with the instructions on the back of the little card they give you

It would help if they had a video on this item of how to use it or put it together. All I got was a card, like that helped. I tried figuring it out, even went back on the item to see if there was a video to help me, but no. Even the pictures don't even help me. ugh.. So now, I have this brace & need to figure it out going back to these pictures to which don't really show you how the shoulder straps get attached & to where. If I knew it would be such a hassle, I would of bought it from another item that had better instructions with a video. Esp. with the price I paid for it. I did read the reviews & some were right on sizing, so I bought a large & even a large is very small. Strange when I am an elderly person only weighing 106 pds. So your sizing is totally off.

Didn’t come with instructions on the straps the tabs of Velcro face 2 different directions on each side I tried it and it wasn’t comfortable because I’m sure the traps are wrong and only supports waist not back straps are small.

This was the second of this brand ordered: xl and XXL. Neither of these could be fitted for comfortable wear, binding under the arms and resulting in abrasion under each arm.They obviously were not engineered for 6ft tall and a 42 inch waist.It was a struggle to just get even the XXL on, and had to enlist my wife's assistance to stretch the straps to meet in front as intended.After two attempts to order according to posted mfg instructions, I want no exchange, but instead full credit.
