Vennecci Skinny Tie Clip, Matte Gold Finish - Tight Clasp Easy Slide Bar!

This is probably the best tie clip I've bought that I can remember. The color is perfect, it's not too bright and shiny but not too dark either. The packaging is nice also, and can be reused many times, which is always a plus. It's fits my skinny tie perfect and I defiantly recommend buying one.

First, I'd like to make it clear that this seller is outstanding. I had an issue with my order and they reached out to me and went above and beyond what I'd expect a seller to do. That's not very common in the online marketplace or even face to face now days. I received OUTSTANDING customer service.I purchased this product because I was lacking a skinny tie clip. They seem to be a rarity as I've never seen one anywhere in a store. You would think that Express would sell them as they sell skinny ties, yet they do not. I found this one on Amazon, ordered it and it was delivered promptly within two days thanks to Amazon Prime.Here are a few things that you should know about this tie clip:-It fits my Express skinny tie perfectly.-The clip itself is pliable so it can adjust to the thickness of the material it's being clipped to.-The sheen is a matte sheen which looks great with dress clothing, not too shiny.-The case it comes with is garbage in my opinion and I threw it away.-If you're looking for a gold colored skinny tie clip then this will work perfectly!I wore this tie clip to a charity event tonight and got several compliments. It's a great little gem to add to your collection if you have skinny ties! Do yourself a favor and don't try wearing a full size tie clip with a skinny tie as it will just look ridiculous. This tie clip is very elegant in its plainness and beautiful satin gold finish. The box it came in is also beautiful and showcases the clip so you can see it through the clear plastic. I really do appreciate the case because I would lose the small clip otherwise and it helps protect the finish while travelling.This finish is not shiny gloss and looks exactly like the pictures the seller has posted, but it is still smooth to the touch. The length of the clip is perfect for what I would call normal sized ties. Not the super big bulky ones, but not the super skinny ones that have no taper to them. It doesn’t reach all the way across the tie which is desirable. Also, due to the smooth finish, I don’t worry about it being abrasive either.The clips is also very strong which can make it difficult to put on, but it holds well and won’t fall off and get lost. It also is just a simple clip which you can see in the pictures and doesn’t include teeth that will damage fragile fabrics.I would recommend this clip as it comes at a good price and looks amazingly simple and elegant which is exactly what I aim for. When you wear a suit and tie often, a tie clip is almost a necessity. I prefer to have a few options lying around so that I add a little character to my look. With that, my collection was missing a gold tie clip so I ordered this one from Vennecci. Here is my experience:Things I Like: -The clip itself holds very firmly. It slides smoothly onto the tie and doesn’t become crooked over extended wear as I have seen with other clips.-The color of the clip is fantastic. It is a matte gold that is not too flashy but does not look cheap at all. Also, this clip tied with a classic black tie looks absolutely fantastic, I have included a picture to show this.-It fits and looks good with both skinny and regular ties. Oftentimes, my tie clips are too long for skinny ties and this provides me the option to wear one.-The clip comes in a nice plastic display box that held the clip firmly and actually looks pretty good. I plan on keeping the display box rather than just throwing the clip in a drawer.Things that need improvement:-I honestly can’t seem to find much.Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. The tie clip is good quality, it holds firmly, and the color fits my needs exactly: classy without flashy. I recommend pairing it with a nice black tie to get a classy look.
