Wow… this thing is awesome
When it came time to move a 5 bedroom house, a small furniture dolly was not going to cut it. I discovered this AMAZING dolly/cart combo and it made all the difference in the world. It is incredibly strong, yet light. It easily converts from dolly to cart within seconds. It took about 30 minutes to assemble, but most of that is just following some simple instructions - it wasn’t difficult. I’m so happy I found this !!!

I think it’s used coming out of the package
Scratches on product just coming out of the package just putting it together. It looks crooked like it’s been smashed. Very disappointing but I’m still gonna have to use it for work. I had to return it because the frame was bent. Got the new one in tried it out. My stuff was a little too heavy for the air flighted tires so I had to buy no flat tires now it works perfectly. We’ll see how long it lasts productively

Excellent for single person move
I am a 61 year old lady who had to move contents of a garage by myself. I am also short. This dolly really helped me get it done. I was surprised that I could use this on both gravel and dirt terrain after loading it will boxes. Really useful

The best I have ever owned
This dolly is fantastic. Light and rugged with big wheels that go over a rough surface with no problem. The conversion option is great.

flimsy, unsafe
I can't believe I spent so much for this. Just as other reviews said it is not secure when it's "folded up", it just flails all over the place. The wheels will come loose constantly as you're moving something heavy and dangerous. The only stable position is when it's in diagonal or horizontal mode which defeats the whole purpose of a "convertible" dolly. It's just garbage and I usually reach for my non-convertible 60$ dolly when I need to move things. The same model at Harbor Freight has a simple mechanism for securing the extendable wheels, why couldn't this one have copied that model?

Love/Hate this thing
I have bought and returned several convertible dollies and finally ended up with this one. I think I am going to keep it, but it's a love/hate thing. Pros: 1. It's very sturdy. I was concerned that as I had to assemble it myself it would be wobbly or difficult to keep from flexing. It went together pretty easily and is very sturdy. 2. It's lightweight. Aluminum for the win. 3. Feels heavy duty. I had other dollies that had weak plates that felt like they would bend under weight. The plate on this one is rock solid. 4. Three position convertible. I really like the mid position and have used it to move heavy furniture around when we had our floors redone. BUT... see below 5. Maneuverable. Some dollies are hard to move around, this one moves like silk. Cons: 1. Arrived damaged. I know this was probably a shipping problem, but it could have been packaged better. The handle was badly bent but as it was aluminum, I was able to reshape it with some channel locks so that it would slide on. 2. Second arm latch. This is a biggie for me. The latch that holds the second set of wheels in the upright position is not well made at all (see last two pictures). It's a friction arm with a notch on the plate to hold it in place and a dang wing nut to adjust the tension. The first problem is that it's either too lose and won't hold the rack steady or when you tighten it you almost break your thumb trying to get it to lock in position. I have tried but can't find a happy medium. The second problem is that as the handle is attached to the rack (the frame with the small wheels) it very difficult to get it locked in sturdy. If it's loose, you risk the thing collapsing while using it, which is all bad. What is odd to me is that the latch that holds it in the diagonal position is perfect, solid and easy to use. The flat position is also very easy. Why did they not make the upright position latch in a similar fashion? It's how we most often use the dolly... 3. Flat position fold up arm. This looked fine in the box, but when I installed it there was clearly something wrong as it does not install straight. I put a LOT of weight on it trying to bend it into a straight position but was not able to. Then I decided that it was probably ok, as with it not being straight it kind of locks into the side rail (see first photo). It takes a lot of pressure to get it in there, but I would rather have to do that than deal with the thing constantly flopping down when I don't need it. Perhaps that is intentional (although the assembly video doesn't show it that way, so I doubt it). End result, if they would change the way the secondary wheel frame attaches to the main frame, I would totally overlook the other issues and give it 5 stars. It's sturdy, easy to use and I love the three positions.

A must buy.
This item is probably among one of the best purchases I have ever made with Amazon. Magliner is supposed to be the best, this cart rank either, even with Magliner, or better. Do your self a favor i highly recommend this item. I was in a business in the Airport and owned over 30 Magliner carts. If this item was available at that time. Goodbye Magliner. I am extra pleased with this item.
