Sadly, these did not work for me. My urine output was less than normal and I developed severe diarrhoea. In addition, the capsules were cumbersome to take and the dosage of 5 capsules per day was not mentioned in the online information. A waste of money.

May sound petty but I always count the number of capsules in the bottle, I pay for it. This time they were short by four, so instead of 24 servings, there are only 23 servings. Not good enough.

Interestingly, the waspish yellow/black capsules smell and taste strongly of parsley. It's good to know that real ingredients are being used.I have issues with water retention and was looking for a stronger otc diuretic. To be honest, this one isn't it.
