I have been using the regular Vetericyn spray on the ears of one of my cats. She likes to spend way more time outside during the warm weather months than inside; and the mosquitoes have been very bad this year; leaving her ears with scabs, and one small bloody sore. I figured the gel would work better and it does. It leaves a coating on the ears, unlike the regular spray.Both are great products, however, and can be used on all sorts of pets, both furry and feathered. There is no real smell to it. Animals can lick it, too, with no ill effects. It is expensive in the smallest sizes, but larger sizes can be bought and put in the smaller bottles. Sometimes the smaller bottle doesn't spray right away, but that has caused no real problems.

Worked incredible on a long standing wound on my cat that he has had for a couple of years. It would come and go, but then must’ve gotten irritated and grew in size. The vet wanted to remove it, but we decided to give this a try. It worked like a miracle. Within a couple of weeks it was completely gone with no sign of it. The spray didn’t have a bad odor and it was pleasant and the cat actually enjoyed having it sprayed on and it never hurt or bothered him. It stopped the itching and irritation within a few days but spraying it on 2-3 times per day it was a miracle.

Works great my cat is dealing with ringworm from the groomer not cleaning their tools and all 5 of my long haired cats ended up getting it after a visit to the groomer & all have healed but 1 bc she kept scratching it and spreading it. I tried to cone her and she was miserable. Then I found this spray and read reviews and I also have been spraying her with conzole 1% as well as oral meds but this spray stops her from scratching it so we are now on our way to healing.

I love this product. The second my female Rottweiler’s allergies flare up, she licks her paws raw and sometimes her elbows. I’ve also used it for other small scrapes and scratches for my dogs when needed and it definitely seems to help with their comfort and quicken the healing process. I use it along with Vetericyn’s wound care spray.My only complaint is that I can never get through a bottle before it starts to glob up and clogs the sprayer. I used to get the small bottle when I had one dog and now get the big one since I have 2 dogs and it never fails. Before I can finish the bottle, and well before the expiration date, I can no longer use the sprayer. This last one, I ended up pouring into a mason jar and am scooping/pouring it on the wounds. It’s too expensive to waste. This would definitely have 5 stars if it wasn’t for the sprayer
