Bought two after beginning exercise after years of beer and recliner. My knees spoke loudly they were not ready! The provided comfortable, adjustable, remain in place, support. I put them on and go through the classes hard and my knees are satisfied. When these wear out, I'm buying two more...make me almost look athletic : ) Very well built and designed. There is NO DISCOMFORT from material or velcro contact with skin, because there is no contact. Well done. Thank you! Worth every penny.

We're just trying to figure out how to manage this osgood schlatter problem my 11 year old gymnast daughter was just diagnosed with. She is very petite and just 62 pounds. Finding a brace small enough has been a challenge. This works great and fits her well. She says it is comfortable and helps her while practicing. I think I am going to order a 2nd one to keep at school in her gym locker. I tried it out and it also fits me, so it does expand well. It was shipped and arrived fast. All and all very pleased.

My left knee is shot, but has recently become unstable. The latex knee braces are very little help. This strap, however, has given me a lot of stability in the knee and has reduced the pain by about 30% (give or take). I'm glad I bought it.

I've had Osgood knee problems since I started cross country in the 7th grade back 06.I've had bands that were simple but had a solid rubber piece that was sturdy enough to provide adequate pressure. Those bands actually cured the disease on my left knee, but being right leg dominant it stayed. It recently flared up after a 30K so I desperately needed a band to continue training. I saw this one at the top of list, got it in no time.WHAT IS IT!? Its comparable to a runner band with padding that will slide down your knee every time you move. Disappointed do not buy

The NEObracex Patella Twndon Strap is awesome. I came across it by accident when I was looking for a copper sleeve for my knee. I have a long history of knee problems and at the last doctor visit was told I simply have arthritis. I knew this wasn't correct due to the movement in the knee and the sharp pains I get when I turn a certain way. When I put this strap on I don't get the pain no matter how I turn. I wear it all the time. In fact when I remove it a lot of my pain returns almost instantly. I've even tried running for short periods to test the knee, something I didn't think I would ever do again. I will use this until I return to the doctor and convince him I have a problem with my patella tendon. I couldn't recommend this more.

The support brace works good in addition it is focused tension on a specific area which is what I needed. It is compact so in my area Texas where it gets very hot I can wear it easily and comfortably. What I thinkIs a design flaw are the hard plastic "o" shaped buckles. The strap is made up of 3 padded straps. The 2 Velcro straps are held to the main pad with the "o" buckles . Those "o" buckles are not secure and shift requiring continual readjustment. Annoying but does not dramatically affect functionality. Something more secure would be more useful, maybe more stiff also. Lastly some of the stitching is already starting to fray, I have only had it for 2 weeks.

I bought this for my 11 year old daughter who has Osgood Schlatter Disease. We had previously bought her the Mueller knee strap, but it was uncomfortable and would sometimes dig into the back of her leg. Since we bought her this one from NEObracex, she has been raving about how comfortable it is to wear, and what a difference she notices in the reduction of pain! It is so easy to adjust, and it fits her little tiny knee great! The two straps can actually be fastened on top of each other, so there is no knee too small! I would highly recommend this knee strap!

I ordered one to try it out and was very satisfied with the support the strap gave me. I then ordered a second one. I've suffered with Osgood-Schlatter for 40 years (seriously) and didn't realize something as simple as a strap could make a difference. Since I've only had it for a few weeks, I'm curious on what the long-term effect will be as I take bootcamp and kickbox classes regularly. My knees have never gotten better nor have they ever gotten worse. I don't know if anyone my age has any other advice but an inexpensive strap is well worth the investment.
