I like the benefits of the tea. I drink it at night before bed and usually fall and stay asleep for the night which is big for me as an insomniac. The only thing that bothers me is that I can’t seem to get rid of the powder at the bottom of my teas but that’s okay.

I use this mostly as blush. And add it to coconut oil for lip tint. Smells great.

Basically, I use this to help my sleep when I’m drinking with friends and I’ve had my share of wine or spirits. This has proven affects of lowering your blood pressure and your heart rate. Basically it helps me sleep so I don’t have heart palpitations and I get REM sleep on a night of heavy drinking. I use 2 tablespoons of powder per 16 ounces let that sit and then I strain it and then I have hibiscus water that saves my life on a night of drinking.

I had to write a review for this product because I see some that so not coincide with the product I received. This is a deep red powder. It's flavor is very strong and it blends well into the skin care products I make. A very small amount with definitely change the color of your products!I will buy this again, I am enjoying it.

Love this awesome. Was using flower petals b4 for my herbal tea and they seem to have soil particles in them. This is super duper good.
