Never Touch the Monsters! (Never Touch a)

These are my 11 month old son's favorite books! We started reading them when he was about 3 months old and they've consistently been his go-to. We started out with just the dinosaurs and now have all 3! The stories are all very similar and there's not a lot of substance to them but the "touch and feel" aspect is hard to beat.

Cute story with counting! Good style for sensory-motor children.However, 3 stars because the one-year old figured out how to pull out one of the rubbertextures. The child was under adult supervision.

The different textures and bright pictures really engage the child. I now have 4 of these book and bought one more for him at his parents house. He just loves them.

Thought there would be different textures on every page, not the same 5 counting down. It's alright though, baby still enjoys touching all the monsters!

It came gross, dirty, and torn up on the back cover. I don’t want my kids to touch it.

So cute i got all three in the series. My lil one is special needs and loves the textures, we use as a sensory tool for therapy

Other than the obvious tactile areas found throughout this book we liked the fact that it would also help with basic 1 to 5 subtraction/addition. Lovely colour scheme throughout & another great book by this author. Our grandson loves Monsters & this will be one he is sure to enjoy. Book is also a great size for his little hands & the height of the tactile areas grow as you go through the book. Buy one & see for yourself.

Love these books, so dose my 3 year old. He not in to books loves these as u get to tounch and interact

We loved the dinosaur version so I was hoping this one would be similar but the story line has nothing to do with "never touch a monster", it doesn't rhyme or have good flow and you already see all the monsters from the get go and they start to disappear one by one which is not as exciting as appearing, which I wish they done instead. Overall not impressed but my girls like it so that's what counts.
