Cordless Deep Conditioning and Hot Oil Treatment Thermal Steam Heat Cap - Microwaveable

Works great. High quality. I'd bought a different kind that burnt in the microwave after the third use, so I decided to try this one. Glade I did. Stays hot for about 15 minutes. It is small and works great on medium to short length hair.

The cap was great while it lasted (although I did wish it retained heat for longer). I used it about twice a month for 4 months when it exploded in the microwave and I found that a huge hole had been burned into the top of it. I obviously would not recommend and am just glad nothing worse happened.

I have recently purchased this cap and completed a deep conditioning treatment on my natural hair and this cap was AMAZING. The deep conditioning cap is very easy to use and also very convenient. I have always disliked sitting under the hairdryer so this cap has been a lifesaver. It stays hot for at least 15mins. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because you have to heat it up in 30min increments. Other than that, this item is great.

If you do more than 2 30 sec intervals in your microwave, it overheats and can burn the top of your head. It doesn't get quite the temp I want after 2 intervals which it disappointed. I gave three stars for convenience and how the product is made.

It is too small and my hair only comes to the top of my shoulders. My hair feels no more different than when I put the plastic cap on with my conditioner and then put put my towel on top to keep my body generated heat. In fact, my hair feels better the way I do it. Cap only held heat for about 4 -6 minutes. I have 4a hair type I use Palmers Deep condition coco butter and shampoo with an hair oil I purchase from a philadelphia pa based shop Duafe. Maybe Palmers and Duafe do such a good job my hair dont get no better. I did expect my hair to come out like butter though, or a little more butter than usual.

I am very happy with this purchase. The cap works well and heats up nicely. I was worried that all of my hair wouldn't fit under there but it wasn't a problem at all.

I really like this conditioning cap. It is thick and seems like it will last. I hate sitting under the dryer so I use this to do my deep conditioning. I think may be a bit overpriced but it is a quality product.

This has no elasticity and is not really big enough if you have a lot of hair. I found it cumbersome and hard to use
