Solid Performance at a Reasonable Price
This was a replacement of the identical item. The original gave approximately 10 years of intermittent service. The pump is easy to install and both temperature and sludge tolerant.

would clog easily with small debris normally found in an outdoor pond
Intake was poorly designed, would clog easily with small debris normally found in an outdoor pond. I had to pull the pump out weekly to clear the intake. Purchased this pump in June 2014 & it stopped working totally in April 2015...not even a year. Listed as having a year warranty, but haven't had any response for a return request.
