This is a solid weighted medicine ball made with good quality rubber. Offers very good resistance and has good grip.

I would have given this 5 stars, but for one issue. The grid on the ball is a bit rough on the hands. It is great if you are doing slam exercises outside. It would definitely take a beating. I would prefer a little less texture for picking it up with your hands over and over again. Gloves may be advised if you don't have tough hands. It is a great slam ball and a great addition for a home gym, but there are other that have a little less rough texture on the ball its self. It works great when slamming. No bouncing up no matter how hare you slam. The rubber texture is great as well. It is about the size of a volleyball. It feels like it could last for years. Just consider the tough knobby texture and you'll be fine.

I’ve been trying to build a very budget conscious home gym because I think it’s ridiculous to spend 10x the money for exercise equipment just because it says ‘Rogue’ on it. This is a heavy, rubber ball. You can slam it, use it as a medicine ball, or as a wall ball. I like that I’m saving over $100 or more to get this, and not some overpriced slam ball plus medicine ball/wall ball. This is even cheaper than a used wall ball that was falling apart on Facebook marketplace. This is the best value I’ve found after shopping used, and other online shopping sites. The rubber is grippy enough to hold and isn’t slippery. It feels like it has sand in it, which has a nice feel because it doesn’t want to roll much. It feels very durable and is about the size of a basketball, and feels very sturdy.
