Wear gloves
For its purposes this is perfectly fine but in general quite a bit of color comes of on surfaces or skin as it is shaped and molded.

clay was dried out
the clay i received was dried out and instantly crumbled when i tried to work with it... ive used this brand of clay before and it’s never like that unless it’s old or air gets into the package... could be that there was a small hole in the package or something, not sure though.
