Worked for about a week mabe two then stopped working
Item worked 2 weeks tops and stopped working. I am done with this company, Focus V carta is not a good device. Mine gets way to hot and cannot use it without the app. I have spent hundreds of dollars on something no one will let me return. Buy an e-nail save your self hundreds

Same Problem
I had to order this because I was unable to unscrew the top to change from metal to glass etc. Still cannot unscrew this new one. It is tight as a drum and I am afraid to use force because I will crack the white surrounding ring like I did the last time.
