Finally found the solution!
My 20 year old Kun bravo has been in desperate need of replacement feet for ages, but I really dislike the new style feet. So cheap and perfect…just need a little elbow grease to get them on.

Works Great! Lubricate with water first
Once they're on, they look exactly like the original rubber feet on my Kun shoulder rest.A tip for putting them on:Lubricate with a little bit water inside, and they slip on super easily.Elsewhere online I've seen tips to "add a drop of dish soap", but I worry dish soap will soak through and damage my varnish. Water works just as well, and dries away without a trace.

A must have! Both my Kuns didn't come with this! Prevents damage to other objects!
That sharp screw on Kun rests have always bugged me... always afraid I'd nick the violin, or the bow, or furniture with it. Found these by accident while searching for "kun screw sleeve." Why isn't this advertised by Kun? Or included with the rests? You need this. You have a Kun rest, you need this -- especially if you use the extra-long fork like I do. Cut it a mm or two longer than you need, then screw the screw down to compress the rubber a tiny bit.

Yes it fits the violin head rest.
put alittle wet soap makes it slide on easier. I had to replace mine since they where over 25 years old and rotted.

Fits on a Wolf
I was so happy to see that it fits on my Wolf violin shoulder rest! I lubricant the clamps with a little dish detergent and it went smoothly in. Just make sure that ur fingers and the outside of the rubber is dry so u can get a good grip on the rubber to push it in. Btw I tried with water and it didn’t helped to pull it all the way in.

Keep Your Old Shoulder Rest Usable
This product, pre-cut surgical tubing, replaced the worn-out rubber feet protectors on my Kun viola shoulder rest. To make installation easy, slightly moisten the insides of the tubes (water or saliva) and they’ll slide right on.

Hot tip: little bit of soap
I gave myself a blister trying to get one of these bad boys on my shoulder rest. Then my violin tutor told me to put a drop of liquid soap inside. Worked like a dream! Happy these can be swapped out when they get old.
