Been up for over a year but has now dropped connection and won't reconnect, frustrating as it was a good bit of kit for the price.

I bought this product based off the reviews and good comments and am really glad i did.I was initially worried about how to set up a camera system like having had multi server systems put up for my business and require a lot of technical specialists to install, however after downloading the app and following the instructions i managed to get it up and running in no time!. In the instructions there is a simple QR code that takes you to the the app store native to your phone, download it and create an account. (All mentioned in instructions). I've placed my camera out the font of my house which i haven't shown for security reasons. The Pan and tilt feature on the camera enables me to see the whole of my drive and garden with ease. Motion sensor works well at the range i want it to so it doesn't pick up the road. night vision is also particularly good when you want the light to not come on and record in the dark otherwise the flood light feature is very bright and will deter any unwanted visitors.I purchased the cloud storage through the app to store the video however there is a option to insert a SD card into the top of the camera if you choose to use it.Overall build quality and look is fantastic, looks really professional as you can see from the photos and other peoples photos.

I bought this to replace a Nooie camera that has performed superbly but didn’t have pan/tilt so could only view one section of the yard. The camera was used as a live view surveillance monitor over the yard and the front gates so we could see when someone entered the yard. Upon seeing this camera in a promotion email from Amazon I thought it was a good idea and would allow us to also follow visitors in the yard and be able to view other areas when necessary.The video quality was pretty good, maybe not up to the quality of the Nooie cam but still perfectly usable but then we found the unforgivable flaw of this camera, the software.After a tremendous amount of problems we finally got it installed and running, connecting it to Alexa was an exercise in frustration (but amazingly we eventually got it to work), using the 360eyeS app first and after around 10 minutes the live view would cut out, the live view would then reactivate using the app for another 10 minutes before closing again. We tested the 360eyeS app on both Android and iOS and it did it on both. I then downloaded the Windows 10 app and installed it on a laptop, this was even worse, after less than 5 minutes it would log out with a badly worded “no action too long, press play to see” pop up. Pressing the “play” button would get another 5 minutes before getting the same pop up, over and over. Trying to ask the retailer for help was frustrating, all they did was make suggestions about memory cards and recording (we weren’t bothered by recording, we just wanted live view to stay on, having said that, there was a working SD card installed and recording worked fine, just live view didn’t).We tried a different app, as suggested by other users, IPC 360, this also refused to allow permanent live view.Ultimately I sent it back for a refund, the retailer was of no use, and I then purchased the similar camera made by CTronics, this has a far superior app and was installed and up and working as required in under half an hour. The live view feature works absolutely as expected and allows us to keep an eye outside. It’s only a pity the Geree software is so absolutely useless.My recommendation if you want a cheap security camera with pan and tilt facility is to not buy this one and rather buy the alternative CTronics one, it’s easier to use, has more features and better picture quality.

I ordered 1 of these a few months ago so I could keep an eye on my home whilst I was at work. I was so happy with it that I purchased another 2 so I could have cctv over my drive and back garden. 1 of the new cameras is brilliant, the other is terrible! It keeps moving by itself and even when I'm trying to move it using the app on my phone, it won't move so I have to physically move it which isn't exactly easy as it's high up on an external wall. Do I recommend them yes, other than the 3rd camera, I've had no problems with these! I am hoping it's just teething problems with the 3rd but if not I will have to replace this which isn't fair seens as I have used it the same as the others. If anybody who has these cameras can shed any light on what's happening and how to fix my problem, I'd appreciate it.

Brilliant. I have some expensive HIkvision cameras which have never been great and always a fiddle to setup and need an additional NVR. I thought I’d try these instead and I am so glad I did. So easy to setup and a fraction of the price of my Hikvision cameras. Simple 12v supply means installation is so easy. I just put the wire through the window and locked it shut (see photos) then using a glue gun just glued the cable to the frame. You need an additional power cable available on Amazon. I paid £9.99 for 2 in white (5 or 5.5mm I think) motion detection is spot on as well. I like that you can turn alerts on and off from the app which is useful when you go out. Very impressed and bought another 4.

Purchased this for home security.Neatly boxed.Everything I needed to set it up was there, just needed to pop my own memory card in (I’ve put in a 128GB).Set up was simple, install just required a few screws onto my wall.Can view on my phone via the app and the HD quality is great.Great bargain camera for the price but doesn’t hold back on quality.No need to pay expensive cost from a security company when you can buy this.Will be buying another for the rest of my property.
