I would recommend. For this price it is worth a try
Having spent around £10k over the last 15 years on chiropractors, osteopaths, acupuncture, devices, exercise machines (no idea how much has been spent on gym memberships...) I've had upper back & neck pain for over half my life and this actually helps. The first use was the most painful, but the releif was pleasant. Subsequent uses have not been too painful or resulted in a huge improvement - but the 20% pain decrease after the first use has remained and it's helped improve my day to day. For the price it is worth a try. First time I used it for about 5 mins (I definitely pump it hard, it's solid and my ears seem to level with my eyebrows) I've never used for more than ten mins. I don't think it's something to wear for long periods but potentially could help long term, a few times a week.

Winner!
I get nasty neck and back pain, poor posture and big boobs are not conducive to a healthy spine! I use a combination of stretches, painkillers, anti inflammatories and topical ointment, usually Tiger Balm. I added this into the mix, 15-20 minutes a day in the evening, and it has really helped. I often feel like I carry all my stress in my shoulders and hunch a lot. This forces my neck to stretch and decompress my disks, without using my muscles to do it. I’ve been using it for three days and can already feel the benefit. Highly recommend!

Not worth it
I was hoping to write good things, but honestly it was a pointless purchase. Really uncomfortable. The velcro to keep it on digs in. Quite disappointing really.

Velcro isn’t strong enough
Helped with a few headaches but Velcro keeps pulling apart. Don’t expect neck cracks like shown in some social media platforms.

Not totally going with this. I’ve used it numerous times but in really seeing and difference. But I’ll keep using it. Just in case it takes longer than I thought
