Low dosage - which is good
This is a low dosage (but still 150% of DRV) zinc - I wanted to take these along with my magnesium supplements to help with the absorption of the magnesium.because they are 150% of DRV I take one every other day and I am noticing that it is helping the magnesium absorption based on reduction of muscle twitching since taking.hope that helps

Hard to figure out the exact dose that should be taken but one a day appears to be correct and also can give some protection against covid-19. Also, very importantly for me, they are vegetarian.
