Cardiovascular Screen Test for hsCRP, A1C and Lipid Panel (HDL, LDL and Triglycerides)

Description

Just a few drops of blood on a special card and mail it in and get your Cholesterol Panel of HDL, LDL, and Triglycerides, plus your A1c result and also is your risk for heart disease which includes the hsCRP test. The results are either emailed or snail mailed to you within 2-3 days once received. Not available to New York State Residents.
