I used this a few years ago before I started to transition to a Vegan diet. I used to eat fast food, donuts, and all types of junk. It would help me poop but I wasn’t helping my gut with my poor eating/drinking habit. Those who don’t get much results, you should think what are you doing to gelp Zupoo work at it’s best? I eat no meat, I don’t eat fast food nor any artificial/gmo type of foods. Just veggies and fruits. This is a BIG ONE!! You need to take Probiotics and drink Psyllium Husk Powder in a smoothie or by itself in water. Probiotics will help increase the good gut bacteria and psyllium husk will soak up the poop that is caked to your walls which that’s where the Bad Bacteria sits. Those who have health issues, is because your gut balance is off. Need to get rid of the bad bacteria. Hygiene and cleaning your hands helps too because that stuff can come back into your body if you don’t clean yourself and your home regularly. ZUPOO, only helps to clean your gut out, it WONT help balance your guts bacteria level. Again Probiotics, veggies, fruits and psyllium husks will get you right in the more natural way. YOU WONT HAVE TO RELY ON MEDICATION ANYMORE!!!

As the title clearly states, every body is different & everyone has their own eating habits as no two diets are the same. But the one thing I know is that aside from sounding like a commercial for this product is that when we get older, the metabolism slows down & the gut doesn't always flush everything out that shouldn't be there. And that is where some of the excess weight can be shed. If you don't poop out all the excess bodily waste, its going to build up & stay in your body to cause fat buildup or something...?? I don't really know how to describe it.... But I do know that after taking just one of these pills each night before bedtime, NOT two like it says on the bottle, I've been slowly loosing my gut fat because I'm clearly a little lighter in my tummy area. I may even have to see about having the sagging skin from where I used to be pudgy, reduced so I have a better looking waistline. I know that the directions say two pills & again, not everyone is the same to have the exact same reaction. Yet, for me, two pills is too much as I had to sit on the toilet far more than I found to be acceptable or comfortable for that matter as my gut strenuously objected to me taking two pills each night but one seems just fine as the outside of my tummy is a little less pushed out every day. This stuff does work wonders for me but you'll never know until you give it a shot... OR swallow in a pill in this case, LOL! Mind you, this isn't really meant as a weight loss pill. It's more of a gut cleanse supplement but the two are connected to some degree & some of the excess weight that I have, is inside my gut where I really need to clean it out of bodily waste that's been sitting in there for longer than I care to think about.

This product does not work. Please don’t waste your money!! Not even a little bit. I started with the recommended dose and after a couple days of nothing, I bumped the amount up a tablet or two, and still zippo!! I doubt these pills are even what they say they are!! Very bad!! Doesn’t even deserve 1/2 a star

I have IBS with chronic constipation, like really chronic. I have been on Linzesse, which after a couple weeks no longer worked and made me feel like I was dying, done Miralax, Fiber, senna, laxatives, ducolax, etc. over the years. Some may provide a moment of relief, but to get that relief I have to accept a lot of discomfort and gas before and after the BM moment. Often after I take senna, for example, I have a couple of days of discomfort after eating. Messes with my system. This product is more expensive than laxative pills, but it is worth it IMO if you suffer chronically. It simply produces a natural and comfortable BM effect. Take it at night with a good amount of water. If no results the next morning, take another dose the following night, and you will more than likely have a regular BM after a cup of tea or coffee with no extra bloating, pain or discomfort. I plan to use this 2-3 times a week until my system gets back to normal however long that takes. I believe this product helps with that too, has some digestive support.

It's functional, for the most part. Nothing dramatic. Too F-ing expensive.
