Excellent quality, will last for years and they clean up beautifully every time. Heats up quickly and evenly, add enough oil or butter to keep from sticking. They are heavier than the cheap nonstick set I had but the quality is much better. Cleaning tip, get some Bar Keepers Helper cleanser. It works on stainless steel sink as well without the bleach.

Pans got darkened very quickly. Handles get hot makes it difficult use.

The pots themselves are awesome, very well made. I wish the lids were a slightly heavier gauge, especially the larger sizes (minor complaint). For 5 ply pots, the price point can't be beat. When buying sets, the cost of each pot is significantly reduced. This set didn't include all of the sizes I wanted, so I added a few, buying them individually. This is where the KitchenAid affordability shines. The price point for individual pots compared to other 5 ply brands is much more affordable when adding to the set.

I ended up with these after much research and back and forth regarding sets of pots and pans. I wanted a stainless option after realizing non-stick pans can be toxic...even my gorgeous GreenPan set :(. I was looking at All Clad and ultimately went with this set. They are pretty heavy but sturdy, have a nice look, and the handles aren't uncomfortable (I'd read reviews that the All Clad handles were awkward/not ergonomic). I was really wanting a set that you came with a lid for the fry pans and was kind of bummed that this didn't picture that buuuuut....bonus! The lids fit both the frying pans. They're stainless instead of glass, but it's easy enough to just peak underneath the lid to check on your food. Overall I'm extremely happy with these pans. There's a bit of a learning curve when using stainless since you have to heat the pan and make it non-stick. Since this set is 5 ply, they're a bit thicker and therefore take a few minutes longer to pre-heat but it's not a big deal.

I got these on sale, and for the money, I couldn’t be happier. They are very sturdy and clean much easier than I thought stainless would. The handles are thin, not ergonomic, thought I would dislike them, but I really don’t notice it usually. The black handles look good with the stainless though. I was surprised by how well they stay cool under most circumstances (not the pots so much, but using the skillets rarely makes the handles hot.) Overall, very happy with the purchase.

I purchased a new stove, and induction model. I thought my old pans would work, wrong! So after search the web, reading reviews. I decided on this set. I'm happy with them, over all, but have to say. They are very well made, not flimsy at all. A little on the heavy side, the handles are very nice, but a little small for my large hands. What I have cooked in them as turned out well, and they have cleaned up well. I also wish they had glass covers. They are great, the problems or concerns I have mentioned are more my issues, not the set. And probably more of a learning curve for me.

Enjoying my pot so far

This cookware is really nice. Overall the build quality is excellent and the price is good for full 5 Ply cookware. Not light, but not too heavy. Pros: Strong and heat evenly and hold heat well. Pretty easy to keep clean. Saucepan sizes are good. Build quality and price Cons: Solid, riveted steel pan handles can get hot. Lids are all steel and again the handles get hot if used for long periods. The 2 frypan sizes are small. 8 and 10 inch (Really need to also purchase 12inch frypan)
