I had to return a different brand after it lost its comfort in just a few months, but Amazon’s customer support was amazing and helped me find a replacement. I decided to go with the Inofia medium soft mattress, and it has been a total game-changer. After two months of use, I can confidently say this mattress cured my chronic back pain! Pros: • Perfect balance of softness and support – no more waking up sore! • Maintains its shape and comfort over time. • Great for all sleeping positions, especially for side sleepers like me. • Delivered quickly and easy to unbox! Cons: • It had a slight “new mattress” smell at first, but it disappeared in a day or two 🛏️. • Took me a couple of nights to adjust because it’s so much better than my old one! 😅 • It’s so comfy, I don’t want to get out of bed in the morning! 😂 Overall, this is one of the best purchases I’ve made, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive, long-lasting mattress. Fantastic mattress, marketed as medium-firm, I’d say it’s a bit firmer than that, but that is exactly what I was looking for. No more sagging and dropping in the mattress, like my previous mattress, on which was hard work to turn from one side to another, as it was too soft, nor it is difficult to sit up, and get up from it. Great support for the back, yet comfortable enough for good sleep. All at the fraction of better known brands. It takes a day or to for your body to adjust to it, particularly if your previous mattress was one of those that you purchased because they are super soft, and feel like you are sleeping on the clouds, and than regretted it, as they turned out to give you back aches, and were impossible to move on the bed. I highly recommend it! PS. I’ve given it 5 stars for the softness, not because is overly soft, but because is just enough soft for a great sleep.

It's arrived well packed and safe. Its hardly took 5 minutes to unpack very easy to assemble. Very good quality and firmness. Perfect fit for king-size bed. Used for few night and sleep quality is perfect

I work long hours and don’t have time to go shopping for a new mattress let along the idea of shopping in general. So the idea of a bed in a box really appealed to me. When I sat on the edge it was really soft and bouncy and I thought it would be too soft. But sleeping on it is very comfortable. Not too hard and not too soft. Im getting a much better night’s sleep so was definitely a good buy.

The mattress is good for who sleep in a back position. If you were a side sleeper, it wouldn't be so comfortable. The mattress is very firm, what I personally like. But it is a little uncomfortable for side sleepers or people who keep moving positions during the night - like me. Quality materials and good appearance. Take care open the plastic for you do not cut it.

When I bought it, I was very impressed. But that’s because we had gone from a sunk, second-hand mattress to this one and it rapidly made a difference to my back. I wondered why people paid significantly more for mattresses when such decent ones were available. A year later I found out. Although i religiously rotated the mattress every month, within a year this mattress was no longer providing support to my back and every morning I was waking up with a sore back. I complained and they refunded half the money and I’ve now given this mattress away and paid for a proper expensive mattress that I trust and hope will last for longer than 1 year. Buy a more expensive mattress. The materials are better, they will last longer and you won’t end up chucking mattresses in the landfill or giving them away for free.

I have bought this brand of mattress twice in total, once for a single mattress, and this time I have placed an order for a kingsize mattress. The delivery speed is fast, the quality is good, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and sleeping is particularly comfortable! I am very satisfied with my shopping experience and would recommend this to my friends if they want to buy a mattress!

The mattress arrived and was easily unpacked. A nice little touch off a box cutter inside the pack, therefore there was no risk of damaging the mattress when unpacking it. It took a little while to fully inflate, as expected. In my opinion this is the most comfortable mattress I have a pleasure to sleep on. I would highly recommend this for price, quality and comfort. A letter word of warning; it is very very heavy, definitely needs to if not 3 people to manoeuvre it into place. Especially if like me, you have a very small house. We wrestled with it to get it up the stairs and over the banister, before we were able to get it in the bedroom, and believe me it took an awful lot of effort 😊. Good luck .
