I had to wait about a week to receive my refurbished laptop. Read all the reviews and got a little concerned about what condition it would be in when received. I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived in tip-top condition and ready for me to download apps I had on my old computer and immediately get to work. I am so happy to find a great laptop at such an affordable price that works great so far. This was my first time ordering a refurbished product, and I am quite satisfied, especially since I saved a lot of money!

My gf loves this laptop, it works great. The outside had a silver vinyl wrap or sticker covering it, so I'm not sure if it was scratched, but that's how they sell them refurbished I guess. Battery life is good and everything worked perfectly.

Very sleek, clean and light laptop. Has all the bells and whistles. Plugged in charger and it broke. Could not hold a charge, the pins inside charging port are fragile andist be careful when plugging charger into the port. Had to return.

Works as advertised. Tested all features and connections. No issues.

I ordered an elitebook 840 G6 refurbished. When I first started it, I noticed there were several dead pixels and the fan is noisy suggesting a worn out bearing. I also got an error from Windows which indicated it was not a fresh install. Once I signed in, I received hundreds of warnings from Windows defender about viruses. Shockingly bad quality! Black Friday sales are past now, so I really would prefer a replacement if it can be provided with good quality. I will see how the seller responds.

i guess i shouldn't expect much from a used laptop but i thought i wouldn't have issues the first 2 days of having it. the G button popped the first time i pressed it. the charger USBC broke the second day so i now have to buy a new charger

When reading the description, I guess I missed reading where it mentioned it was "Renewed". I was a little disappointed in myself for missing that but, was very pleased when I opened it to see it was in pristine condition and in good working order. Great for what I need it for at a good price point!

Came 2 days earlier than the estimated shipping. Only one minor dent and two scratches, but otherwise, it came as brand new. It has been almost a week now, and I have only had one problem, in that the bottom taskbar wasn't opening, but that was fixed with a quick restart. I am mainly using this for light gaming purposes, and have not yet tested a full battery life without the charger, but if you are gaming, expect the battery to quickly drain from 100-0 in 1 1/2 hour(s)

The best laptop ever

Worked great for 8 months, now it won't wake from sleep majority of the time and I have to hold the power button for 10 seconds to get it to hard reboot. It will also freeze, crash, or reboot itself periodically. Not pleased.

It is exactly as expected. There was a little bit of of brown dust on the keyboard but a simple vacuum fixed that. The audio is superb. The most important part to me was upgrading to Windows 11. Which it did. Could not be happier with this purchase. It is a 1.6Mhz, but I have not run into any issue with the slower speed that I am used to. When I do video editing it may be an issue, but I knew what I bought going into this.
